We negotiated the surrender of their existing lease in 26-28 Hammersmith Grove, W6 and the terms of an off-market transaction on a different floor (11,911 sq ft) within the same complex and achieve a saving of almost half a million pounds over the term of the lease. Our fee was £57,000 + VAT.
