The South West of England Regional Development Agency had a number of properties within its remit. Warwick Bookman & Associates were called in to review 3 properties in particular: 100 Temple Street in Bristol, Sterling House in Exeter and Berkeley House, also in Exeter.
The brief was to inspect each of the properties and to make recommendations with regard to improving the financial efficiency of the property portfolio.
We considered the specification of each building, the lease in place, the prevailing local property market and the current and planned space utilisation.
Our final report presented a concrete plan with steps which could be undertaken immediately in order to achieve considerable savings, together with longer term actions which were dependent on the lease conditions already in place.
