Negotiated lease renewal in Brewhouse Yard, with savings of around 40%

Continuing our long established relationship with Interstuhl, they asked us to consider the lease renewal due on their property in Brewhouse Yard.

In a very strong landlord’s market, we obtained savings of circa 40% compared with comparable properties close by.
