Elisabeth Else
Known to some of our longer standing clients as Mrs B, Elisabeth has been at the helm of Warwick Bookman & Associates since 2022.
With a background in statistics and in project management, she worked with Warwick behind the scenes over many years.
Since taking over Warwick Bookman & Associates, Elisabeth has worked with a variety of showroom clients, the vast majority of whom come to us as repeat business or recommendations.
As a former management consultant, she has an exceptional ability to explain complex concepts in clearly understandable terms.
Elisabeth leads the business development, research and project management functions.
Rob Purkiss FRICS
Rob has worked as an Associate with Warwick Bookman & Associates over more than 15 years.
As a specialised property consultant with 36 years’ experience in the UK commercial property market providing property advice and solutions to a wide variety of clients, Rob is well-positioned to lead negotiations at WB&A.
With a creative approach and terrific attention to detail, Rob is able to suggest approaches that occupiers might not have considered, often saving them substantial sums.
Rob is also well-versed in the more complex aspects of rent reviews, lease regearing, dilapidations and ratings appeals.

Elisabeth & Rob have worked extremely successfully together since she took over the business. Their detailed understanding of the Clerkenwell area and complementary skills have proved to be a formidable combination.
With clients such as EGGER, Andreu World, .mdd, ØRN and more, they have continued the business Warwick built with the same ethos and integrity.
They have not only built on the reputation Warwick created, but have rapidly gained their own reputation as leading advisors to the showroom market.
We do not have the conflict of interest of other surveying firms whose major income is derived from letting space for landlords. We can thus concentrate on reducing costs for our clients, many of whom have saved hundreds of thousands of pounds over multiple transactions.
Warwick Bookman
Warwick’s career in commercial property started in 1986 with Allsop LLP in London W1 and he started his own firm in 1994.
He believed profoundly that a lack of knowledge and experience meant that occupiers were at the mercy of landlords and that so-called advisers were incentivised to recommend deals that may not always be beneficial. That’s why Warwick Bookman & Associated was formed to act almost exclusively for commercial tenants and purchasers.
We were very sad to lose Warwick in 2022 and are proud to continue to run this business in his name.
