Move to a bigger, more central showroom for manufacturer of stylish screens

Having found Lintex’s first showroom on Saffron Hill, business growth led them to seek more space in the middle of Clerkenwell and they returned to Warwick Bookman & Associates.

While undertaking viewings of showrooms around Clerkenwell, Lintex’ MD, Paul Magnusson spotted an empty space on Northburgh Street and said it would suit them perfectly.

At the time, this space was not available to the market, but Warwick made enquiries and a couple of weeks later was able to tell Paul that his ideal showroom could indeed be theirs.

We negotiated terms on this space at 6 Northburgh Street, right in the heart of furniture-land.

After a comprehensive fit-out, Lintex opened their beautifully understated showroom during Clerkenwell Design Week 2023.
