Showcasing Polish Pods to the UK Office Market

Polish furniture manufacturers Mikomax Smart Office approached us to find a Clerkenwell showroom for their Hush Office brand of pods, as a result of a recommendation from another of our clients.

We identified space at Watchmaker Court on St John’s Lane and a five year lease was negotiated.

There were complexities in the fact that the acquiring company’s staff were all based overseas and in the fact that Mikomax was acquired by Haworth while the project was ongoing. We assisted in managing the project through to completion.
