Prominent showroom acquired on favourable terms at the top of the market

Spacestor pride themselves on their “awesome workplace furniture for the cool office”. They were seeking their first London showroom and another client in the sector recommended us.

They wanted a prominent space, which is always hard to find in this area, particularly on sensible terms.

We identified River House 143-145 Farringdon Road London EC1R 3AB prior to it coming on the market and acquired 4,174 sqft on their behalf, including a year’s rent free period – quite an achievement at the top of the market!
