Showroom acquisition close to Malmaison with a long term view for new brand

We were delighted to act for Insightful Environments in the acquisition of their first showroom under their new brand (formerly Steeelcase Solutions), having been recommended by a previous satisfied client.

Due to our strong belief that rents in EC1 will fall in the near future, we advised Insightful Environments to concentrate on achieving a relatively short term lease in order that their property costs could be reduced in the future, we estimate by around 35%.

A 2855 sqft showroom was acquired at 29 Cloth Fair EC1A 7NN, close to the Malmaison Hotel, with an eye to a substantial reduction in property costs in the future.
