New office space for global IT management services company in the City’s insurance district

EXL is a global IT management services company in the insurance industry; they need to be close to the insurance market, based in and around London EC3.

The were seeking a new location to support their expansion and Warwick Bookman & Associates identified 6220 sqft on the 1st Floor at 30 Minories which met their brief.

Total savings achieved were in excess of £620,000 over the term of the lease.
