London showroom acquired for Belgian company on a tight budget

Bulo, a major Belgian office furniture manufacturer employed Warwick Bookman & Associates to find them a foothold in London, EC1.

Their budget was very tight for a showroom in Clerkenwell; we identified 14 Baltic Street (1454 sqft) and agreed £52.50 psf on the ground floor, which is one of the lowest rentals in the area at this time.
