Showroom acquisition for British furniture company seeking lease flexibility

Euroworkspace (now known as Your Workspace) required a prominent showroom space, but with with Brexit upon them, were concerned about ongoing lease flexibility.

By networking with other other agents, we found 11-12 Great Sutton Street (1650 sqft) off market and agreed a low rent of £55 psf, whilst protecting them from dilapidations liability and costs at the end of the term.
