Planning & architectural review for charity in west end square

Warwick Bookman & Associates advised the Cinema and Television Benevolent Fund (now Film & TV Charity) that there was potential to add value to their building. We were instructed to put together a team to explore the options of their building at 22 Golden Square, London W1.

Architects and planning consultants were employed to research the possibility of obtaining planning consent to demolish the existing building behind the façade and rebuild residential apartments above a new restaurant.
