Office acquisition in Shoreditch for office storage company

We approached Bisley as a result of our long-standing place within the furniture industry and they instructed us to acquire an office space for their sales team, which they moved into in May 2017.

The office space needed to be easily accessible to the showroom, but did not have to be co-located, or at such a high cost. We recommended a location in Shoreditch, some 12 minutes’ walk away.

Whilst fashionable, Shoreditch has not been substantially redeveloped and therefore premises can be acquired at more modest rents; this represents a more affordable location for forward thinking businesses, especially those in the creative industries. We secured 2,210 sqft at below £40 psf, together with 5 months rent free and a break at the third year.

The senior management at Bisley were receptive to our innovative approach and responded quickly when required, which led to a very smooth transaction.
