Convenient space to showcase design and build company
Habit Action were previously in the centre of Clerkenwell and decided to move to a more cost-effective solution, while still being very convenient for both Clerkenwell / Farringdon as well as The City and the West End.
We identified an upper floor office of 809 sq ft which offered a blank canvas for our client to set up as offices and meeting rooms.
Elegant Building in a Historic Setting
Gough Square is also home to Dr Johnson’s House, which was built at the end of the seventeenth century by a City wool merchant, Richard Gough.
The timber-framed, brick townhouse, was part of a development in Gough Square, of which Dr Johnson’s House at number 17 is the only one to survive. The surrounding buildings have been sensitively developed to provide a gracious and imposing atmosphere.
Savings achieved on costs
We were able to save our client more than £40,000 over the five year term of their lease.
We are grateful to Warwick for finding us such a lovely space. I think of him every time I visit the new office and am thankful for our short acquaintance.
