Decisive client helps secure speedy relocation with competitive rent

EOL were looking to expand their successful commercial furniture business within Clerkenwell. Having previously worked for the UK Managing Director, we were instructed to handle their relocation.

In a difficult market, the project took 3 months from start to finish. An unusually short time due to EOL’s directors being decisive.

A very competitive rent was agreed on a flexible lease at 14-18 Old Street. Further savings of around £31,000 were achieved by accurate measuring of the building.
