First London showroom for Gresham Office Furniture – one of the UK’s largest independents

Gresham Office Furniture (GOF), one of the largest independent designers and manufacturers of workspace furniture in the UK wished to open their first London showroom and approached Warwick Bookman & Associates on the basis of a recommendation.

At the time, ground floor space in Clerkenwell was very hard to secure. However, we were able to complete the negotiations on 3,626 sq ft at 65, Clerkenwell Road and achieved savings of £216k. Our fee was c. £20k

Some years later, we identified an off-market opportunity on St John’s Lane which enabled Gresham to build on their success in Clerkenwell Road and purchase their own showroom.
