Lease renewal for Spanish furniture showroom occupier after 10 years in London

Warwick Bookman & Associates identified and negotiated Forma 5’s first UK showroom in 2008 and subsequent lease renewal in 2013 and again in 2018.

2017 / 2018 marked the peak of the London EC1 showroom market with one or two unrepresented / badly represented occupiers paying £80psf on ground floor. In this climate, we managed to achieve £52.50 psf, one of the lowest ground floor showroom rates in 2018.
