Achieved nil increase on 5 year rent review in Northburgh Street, Clerkenwell

Having acquired the showroom in Northburgh Street EC1 for Humanscale five years previously, Warwick Bookman & Associates started rent review negotiations well in advance of the relevant date and persuaded the landlord that a rental increase was not justified.

If we had not handled the situation for Humanscale, the landlord could have commenced rent review negotiations after the date, which in a rising market may have allowed them to increase the rent.
