Showroom acquisition and negotiation in the heart of EC1 for new furniture brand

After a successful pop-up showroom just off-pitch, naughtone realised that they needed a permanent presence in the heart of EC1.

Warwick Bookman & Associates introduced a number of showroom options in Clerkenwell and Farringdon, from which 6 Bakers Yard (1024 sqft) was selected. We successfullly concluded a complex negotiation, which included lease terms and works to the property.
