West End lease renewal for non-profit register of monetary judgments

Having acquired their central London offices some five years previously, Warwick Bookman & Associates advised Registry Trust to enter into early lease renewal negotiations with the landlord, as the market was rising.

We concluded these negotiations on their behalf at a favourable rate, thus securing the premises on Cleveland Street, London W1 and avoiding the costs and disruption of relocation.
