Substantial rent free period achieved for acoustic specialists, Screen Solutions
Warwick Bookman & Associates were recommended to Screen Solutions by a previous client.
We completed the acquisition of their first London showroom, comprising 1600 sq ft, at a rent of £20 psf. A substantial rent-free period was also agreed on the premises at 45 Gee Street, London EC1.
