Double height air conditioned showroom acquired with £225k saving

Due to their existing building being redeveloped, Sedus, a German manufacturer of furniture and office solutions, needed to find a new London showroom.

A double height air conditioned space was identified off market in Brewhouse Yard EC1, which is in the centre of London’s furniture district; savings in excess of £225,000 were achieved over the term of the lease.
