The Wagstaff Group approached us to acquire their first central London showroom.

We identified an off-market situation which resulted in them acquiring excellent space in a competitive market.

Wagstaff’s double height showroom has a prominent frontage onto Brewhouse Yard

The double height premises at 9 Brewhouse Yard comprise 4,178 sq ft. We received a fee of c. £12,300.
