New high level showroom in statement building
After previously finding them space on Old Street, long term Spanish client Forma 5 had grown as a business in the UK and sought larger premises in which to display their range of workspace products.

A move to the Poppy Building
We looked at the properties available in the marketplace and identified this opportunity prior to it coming to the market. We concluded that the space on the top (4th) floor of the Poppy Building with shared access to a substantial roof terrace would give the best value for money.
From here, in the heart of London’s furniture village, they can look over many of their industry colleagues and competitors.
Savings and Fees
We achieved savings over £100k and our invoice was £12k. At the time of this transaction, the CEO of Forma 5 commented how grateful he was that WB&A had saved his business thousands of pounds over the course of their 12 year relationship with us as a business.
WB&A provides a unique service; I wish this expertise was available in the other countries where we operate.
