Client: Forma 5
Continuing our long term relationship with Forma 5, we negotiated a move for them into the prestigious Poppy Building.
We have spent 15 years working within the furniture industry worldwide, bringing new brands into the UK, and specifically the Clerkenwell and Farringdon area, where we have identified showrooms and successfully negotiated substantial savings on their behalf.
New clients are obtained by referrals from previous satisfied clients.

We specialise in obtaining substantial savings for commercial tenants, only working for landlords in exceptional circumstances, as we believe that those who work for both have a conflict of interest.
Most furniture manufacturers and distributors have a requirement for a ground floor showroom with adjacent office space, either on the same floor or in a basement or first floor.
Ground floor showrooms are increasingly difficult to obtain in EC1, so we work creatively to meet the client's brief. This includes identifying properties before they come to the market and introducing clients to one another in order that they can share space under a concession agreement.
Historically, this type of business has not been professionally represented in their property transactions and landlords have had free rein.
We have been able to secure properties for our clients at sensible rents and, equally importantly, with lease conditions which meet their longer term needs.
Want to buy a showroom, perhaps taking advantage of the tax benefits of a SIPP (self-investested personal pension)? We can help with that too.
