Client: Chroma Global Flooring Solutions
Chroma Global Flooring were left in the lurch by a property falling through and we secured them new accommodation on flexible terms.
We specialise in obtaining substantial savings for commercial tenants, only working for landlords in exceptional circumstances, as we believe that those who work for both have a conflict of interest.
Most furniture manufacturers and distributors have a requirement for a ground floor showroom with adjacent office space, either on the same floor or in a basement or first floor.
Ground floor showrooms are increasingly difficult to obtain in EC1, so we work creatively to meet the client's brief. This includes identifying properties before they come to the market and introducing clients to one another in order that they can share space under a concession agreement.
Historically, this type of business has not been professionally represented in their property transactions and landlords have had free rein.
We have been able to secure properties for our clients at sensible rents and, equally importantly, with lease conditions which meet their longer term needs.
Want to buy a showroom, perhaps taking advantage of the tax benefits of a SIPP (self-investested personal pension)? We can help with that too.
